The very first shawl (not scarf) was way back (ok, not that way back) when daughter the first was sweet little girl with an eyes like Winona Ryder! I knitted Flower Basket Lace Shawl just out of mere curiosity, gave it to Mom and was sure I would have never knitted another one (craps like “I’m not shawl people”…)

And than suddenly, out of blue - I knitted 3 more!

Well, all 3 were not for me!

The first one in row: The Age of Brass and Steam Kerchief

Then Arroyo! O, how I love that pattern! Amazing one!

I had pretty hard time persuading the same daughter the first to pose. When from cutie with Winona Ryder’s eyes she turned into Wicked Witch of the West!?

The last in line - Handspun Delight Shawlette!

I simply love the edging!

And with this shawl I learned lesson and used chair to pose with!

And guess what - now I am more that sure that I will knit more shawls in the future!
